Our computer is running great! It is noticeably faster when navigating through our desktop and when surfing the web. Load times for sites and pictures seem to be be faster. Even the mouse seems to be more responsive. Your services were greatly appreciated. It was a big help not to have the hassle of dropping off our computer and wait for the repair. With your remote access, we didn't even have to leave our house or re-arrange our schedule. The desktop clean-up software programs you downloaded are pretty easy to use and will hopefully save us from having to need future repairs.
